Retreats & Programme

Rooted in the the buddhist teachings, especially the Forest meditation tradition of Ajahn Chah, we are inspired by nature, inner and outer. We offer meditation and eco retreats with many ways to explore and open.

Our retreats are holistic, helping us to be present and connected in body and mind, re-minding us of our intimate links with the natural world, and nourished also by sustainable living.

Small and simple can be beautiful and a great support for meditation, for feeling the richness of presence and what is already here.

The retreat schedule for 2026 is below.

A kitchen countertop setup with jars of preserved cherry tomatoes, a large pot on the stove, a bowl of cherry tomatoes, a jar of water, and a bunch of fresh red and green peppers on a checkered cloth.
A wheelbarrow filled with freshly picked zucchinis and black zucchinis in a garden with trees and grass.
A large, mature tree with a wide trunk and sprawling branches surrounds a porch area and a green canopy tent in a grassy yard.
